Lindsey’s postpartum postural correction therapy helped me, tremendously. I had chronic neck, back, and hip pain after two pregnancies and several years of breastfeeding, lifting, and chasing two active and heavy boys. Four months after the birth of my second child, the pain became so bad that it sent me to the ER. Desperate to fix the underlying problems, I reached out to Lindsey. Not only did we correct my posture from head to toe and improve strength, but we also fixed my breathing pattern and implemented correct ergonomics for breastfeeding and childcare. 

I felt relief after our first session and was thrilled to see vast improvement week after week. It was amazing to find a program that directly addressed the (often ignored) changes our bodies encounter due to pregnancy. My life no longer revolves around pinched nerves or muscle spasms.  I feel stronger and look better. Most importantly, I can keep up with my sweet boys and be the mom I want to be.

  • Full Assessment of medical history, movement patterns, exercise history, nutrition habits, muscle imbalances, postural alignment.

  • Progressive customized weekly workout to specifically meet your recovery needs and beyond getting you back to the things you love.

  • Tips for nutrition and meal planning

  • Accountability to keep you motivated and accountable.
